Timely and consistent. The monthly membership is definitely the way to go!
If you are going to post business hours of being open until 7pm, don't shut your interior (vacuuming) services down at 6:30. Or make that clear before I drive out to your business.
See "comments" posted... they refused to honor no-expiration-date wash coupons from when it was "Simoniz" car wash.
I have worked on the express lube side for over a year now, I have learned a lot of things both lube wise and wash wise. I love my job. I don't know any other company that would give a random guy the shot my boss gave me. I would rate higher but 5 is as high as I can go. I would recommend anyone to the company.
Would rate lower than 1 star. Truck looks awful inside and out really poor quality for an inflated price.
Zero stars!! Just spent $14. And the inside of the car looks terrible! They spent less than 2 minutes on it and told us it was done! Total rip off, manager was standing there, heard my complaint and did not say a word or offer to have it redone! Customer service totally absent! Don't waste your money
