So disappointed. 3rd time I have been there after paying $25 for a detail and it is still looks dirty. No, I don’t have time to come back for a re-clean...it should be done right the first time.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My husband brought his truck there 2 weeks ago to have it detailed. Once completed, he discovered that the entire driver side back panel had been broken off. He returned to talk to a manager who informed him it wasn’t their fault and he could call his own insurance company or attempt to file a claim with them. This was after my $23 car wash. Very unhappy.
Great oil change service. I spent $36 to get a car wash and interior cleaned. In the inside of my car it was almost worse. I will not recommend this full service car wash! It is a huge waste of money!!!
I have the monthly unlimited car wash package, which does a great job, and also get my vehicle cleaned on the inside 1x a month, I have yet to have a great experience with that, they do a terrible job EVERY TIME! They go as quick as they can and obviously by the reviews it’s a huge problem that needs to get addressed.
I pay for the unlimited membership for the car wash and I am happy with that. However, I pay extra for cleaning the inside and I feel like it’s never clean. I also pay extra for weather Tex floor mats and they never really get clean either. The interior of the vehicles could use major improvement!!!!!!!
Most every time I get my truck washed here, they do a great job. However, how come some days they pressure wash your vehicle, and other days they just brush the tailgate with soapy water? I mean I was the only one here at the time and am curious why they couldn’t take the extra 2 minutes to pressure wash the outside first?
I stopped to get my oil change and car cleaned and after I pull out of the garage and really look at the inside my car is still dirty. Sticking spots on the doors and arm rest, back of the seats are plastic and still covered in dirt and dust and cup holders still dirty. I even paid extra to have a better clean rather then having them just blow the dirt and dust out. I will be finding a new place to do business with!
