I tried to call before heading over here to make sure they were doing interior meeting since the last time I didn’t find out till I arrived. Only to have an answering machine tell me to look online and then proceed to hang up. So I drive there only to find out they are not excepting cash only card payments… That should’ve been included in the answering machine, I find it ironic that a company will allow people to vacuum the interior of my vehicle but not allow us to pay cash. I’ll take my $35 elsewhere

WAAAAYYYYYYY better than 37th street!! The results are better. This is my favorite car wash. For the price of the unlimited membership you could only wash 2-3 times at kt or anywhere else. SO worth it!!
Since when is this only a car wash? Came to Rochester on Saturday morning for a good cleaning and found out (after the fact) there is no vacuuming or wiping by staff! Bought the $20.00 package and it was no better than running through a Kwik Trip or Fleet Farm car wash. When I asked the gal where we got out of our car and she replied "you stay in it" a light bulb should have come on. Never Again!!
Waited over an hour to get the inside of my car cleaned. No one came out to us to let us know what was going on or even offered to hand dry the cars. I get it that they could of been understaffed but communication is key. Didn’t pay $36 for nothing
some of the workers are rude.
Jesse the manager very rude. was yelling at a customer today. insight of his employees and other customers. needs leadership and service skills. will never go back
