Unprofessional at its best.
Went to Atascocita location today. I asked the attendant to remove my antenna. She told me” I will do it this time but they don’t want us doing it anymore because of COVID.” So I told her, “If that’s true, I won’t be coming back.” I visit this location twice a month. The attendants have no problem speaking to me at the kiosk to collect my money, so there shouldn’t be any problem taking my antenna off and handing it to me
5 employees standing in the towel drying area doing nothing but talking. What ever happened to two employees on each side wiping down vehicles as they roll out from the chute. Your wash is the same price but now minus the wiping down. The back window of my truck topper is always 60% clean after going thru also.
Don't go to Mister Car Wash if you like your car! I took my parents' car there the morning we sold it and the car wash caused over $5700 in damages! Mister Car Wash is refusing to pay for the damages. Please share!!
I went in for a full clean, inside and out. Paid for the deluxe service. They vacuumed my carpets, but didn’t lift up the floor mats. They wiped the dash but nothing else. I was very disappointed. I miss when it was The Downtowner, much better service. I will not go back.
I went to get my car washed yesterday. Broderick came into the lobby asking who owned my car. I thought that something bad happened. He came into the lobby to bring me a $10 bill that he found while vacuuming my car out. He could have easily kept it and I would have never known. I gave it back to him for being such an honest person. Job well done Broderick! We need more people like him in this world.
I have been an unlimted customer and pre paid customer for more than 10 years. The last 3 pre paid visits they didn't towel off the exterior.OK, I let it go due to Covid. Today the sign said they were back to doing interior service. So got my wash . When I was finished there were 2 cars being fully detailed with 5 workers in and ouside if the cars.
