First time here. Made a special trip. Impressed by the huge operation. Love the lobby/waiting area/gift shop! Cool that you can see the cars being washed through the huge windows from the inside.
Paid almost $40 for the full interior and exterior. Windows were not cleaned properly and doors were the same. Wait time was over an hour. They get 1 star for service and 1 star for the water shooter they have ser up for kids
Paid $36.00 for a terrible job. Never again, car half clean.
They rushed it too much....I felt it needed more attention
Just left there with my rear view mirror broken. No explanation just it's broke we tried to glue it and it's not working. No managers came out to speak with me to try to make the situation right. Never again will I use this location. My car isn't some junky POS it's actually fairly new and it great condition.
Everyone had some type of griping to do about the service but I had none. Took my car for the full service then took my husband's truck. Both were done very well. If you don't think things were done properly do it yourself next time. These workers make very little pay, most of their money comes from tips which they have to share with all the other workers. Some people don't even tip.
