Vehicle detail at this establishment is horrible work car wash i have ever payed for. They missed alot of spots on exterior, carpet was not vacuumed correctly, change was stolen out of my ashtray.The people up from that finish the detailing are very rude, they walk away from you when you are talking. Overall a horrible experience at this establishment would never recommend it to anyone.
I signed up for the Platinum was after being on the Original for a year because I do Uber/Lyft have been through the wash several time to just keep get the same basic wash so why keep going if I’m not going to get what I pay for
I pay money and my windows are never clean right.
The detailing of my vehicle was horrible. I feel that the customer service is declining from what it use to be. My mats were not properly place back into vehicle, the vehicle was still dirty, water spots were left. The tip policy has been set in place to put into the box. I’m not sure if this is a good idea. When I was able to tip an individual I got a better quality of service.
Paid the for the platinum package on July 21st because I was told it would be cleaned inside and out and had to ask the guy to clean a dirty spot. Was in a hurry and saw so many areas dirty! Ugh... pissed! To think this guy was also looking for a tip! My time was limited and couldn’t go back this weekend have it fixed. But now I have to clean everything they missed. I paid these people extra to clean my truck good and tipped only to find out the employees stole my property. I will never go back!
