How do I pay for a "car wash" that i still need to redo myself??? So frustrating!! Only reason I keep coming back is because there is no other place that i know of near home or work... the "dryer" touches my car just barely enough to smear the windows...i cancelled my membership before covid and only visit when I can't wash it myself. Seriously it's horrible and it upsets me when I'm offered the membership...and this goes for any location because of course I've tried many.
So bought the platinum package yet no tire shine on my tires and the hot foam didn't go on my car either?

I tried to call before heading over here to make sure they were doing interior meeting since the last time I didn’t find out till I arrived. Only to have an answering machine tell me to look online and then proceed to hang up. So I drive there only to find out they are not excepting cash only card payments… That should’ve been included in the answering machine, I find it ironic that a company will allow people to vacuum the interior of my vehicle but not allow us to pay cash. I’ll take my $35 elsewhere

So I Decided to come to Mister car wash to get my car washed in all cleaned up for the week and figured I’d go with the platinum interior and exterior package for my first time trying this car wash. It was to my surprise to see that my car was very poorly washed both exterior and interior. They only put tire shine and one side of my car and told me that they did the whole car.
