The quality of wash has gone downhill since they started the express pay. I also had to sit and wait while a dozen or so express pay cars went through before me even though I was there long before them. Which says to me that my money is not important to them. I did the math, they loose $ 480.00 per month for one car. So you would think that they would value the daily customer equally????
Terrible service Very Slow going only one person getting cars checked in While alone if cars out on the streeet ... Poor management 👎🏼
They need people who can properly wipe down cars. Horrible horrible. I will never waste any more money at that place.
Will not be renewing my unlimited carwash I've had since the day it started.... there is 0 reason why it should take 45 minutes to get a drive thru car wash! None other than lack of maintenance and poor management ! This is strike 3 for me! And it appears from the looks of all the other reviews Noone seems to care...
Dislike this place. The lines are crazy long unless you are their "special unlimited" customer. They don't give a discount anymore. The wash itself isn't very good. Can't say rally anything good.
No major issues, just wish they would dry my truck so I don't have water stains everywhere.
So wife just washed her car through there today person in front was tapping brakes and auto rollers created a collision break tapper left the scene and management won't allow us to review tapes i'm sure we're going to get screwed on this.
