Young lady that greeted me was super sweet, all down hill from that. Not worth the money! Was told I had too much mud on my truck ( some in the fender wells and a six inch strip on each running board), was also told not to come back if I had that much dirt, after all this was an express car wash. Well excuse me, I didn’t see any sign stating that. Even after he “sprayed the mud”, my truck went thru the wash and still had bug spots on the windshield and dirt down the doors. I took both my cars in and had to go home and redo Windows were filthy Didn’t spray or brush front
I have always used the other 2 washes, judge ely, and 27th. never had any issues until today, I stopped at Buffalo Gap, was informed they have a no- mud policy. I could understand if my truck had just come in out of a mud holler, but the only mud was around the right front wheel, if you want to call it mud, actually hit a pot hole, and wet dirt splashed up. the young lady was very rude. I got turned away and couldn’t get a car wash because I had a little mud on my fender wells. I will never go back nor will I take my car to the other location for oil changes ever again. So ridiculous!!
I would give them a half star if possible- supposedly you car can be too muddy to be washed at a car wash. Poor service and no apology for a ten minute wait in line- this place will definitely be recommended.
Absolutely not paid for a $17.00 car wash and received a $1.95 job and that was thanks to the machines, the guy at the end of the line drying car couldn’t get off his phone long enough to even attempt to dry my windows, it’s ashamed people these days and their work ethic and to the proud owners of this company shame on you.
This place is a joke! My truck had a tiny bit of mud beside the wheel, so this lady rudely comes out with an attitude and tells me I have to leave. I definitely won’t be going back.
I have been a loyal Mister car wash customer for 3 years and an oil changing customer from the day they opened in Abilene. I live on a dirt road and have utilized the car wash membership for the same 3 years as my Jeep is regularly dirty. After 3 years of membership, I was turned away today for my Jeep being “too dirty” and was advised to go “prewash it myself”. What do I pay Mister for if I am going to do their leg work?
