I’ve been trying to call to talk about my membership and no one answers the phone. I called when they first opened in the morning and still had extremely longhair times. I live in Tuscola and have little ones. I would like to be able to ask my question before driving all the way to town 😡😡.

Hope you never need to cancel your membership because they literally make it impossible. Ove been trying for months now and there's nobody to contact and keep getting charged.

Since you are not providing hand drying as vehicles exit the wash I believe there should be a discount on the monthly fee. Without the hand drying my vehicle always leaves with spots everywhere looking horrible. If you don't provide the complete service I don't feel as if I should be charged the complete price. Great place to get a quick decent wash.
I will be going to cancel my membership tomorrow that I JUST signed up for a few days ago! Went through the carwash on Buffalo Gap today and came out with a HUGE scratch down the passenger side of my Tahoe! And NO it wasn’t there prior and I know this for a fact because a little while before, we were looking over my Tahoe in the Academy parking lot at all the water spots from the other day when I went through the carwash. These things are HORRIBLE!!!
Took my car in for a wash came out with new scratches they were nice but when they told me it was probably from the dealership putting on paint that washed off thru there car wash???? I was confused and just did not want I argue so canceled my whole membership 🤔
