I absolutely love Mister Car Wash on Buffalo Gap Rd. Always smiling & fun energy CSA's that pay attention to detail, great team in the tunnel who work extremely hard, and management team are Awesome! Great quality products. I love the way my 4Runner Shines! Way to go Mister Car Wash!!! ���
More than once we have gone and the cars still have bugs and bird poop on them still my wife and I both took our cars today she got the 7.00 wash and I got the 17.00 both cars still had bugs and poop and mud on them.
Huge rip off. Asked for the cheapest wash it lasted about 1 minute and looked at my receipt and got charged $17!!!!! I will never be back.
within the wash a part came off my car they replace the part it and it was 100 part so good service.

Most of you guys were correct. Mister car wash says they are not responsible for the damage to my Jeep. I am sickened by the poor customer service this place has, and I could tell from the beginning of their so called investigation that they were going to deny any responsibility. I suggest that if you have a vehicle that you treasure, that you not use Mister car wash. Oh and by the way, they have video footage of the incident in question, but refuse to show it to me unless I hire an attorney. Hmmm
I hate the unlimited wash club. If you pay cash, you have to wait longer. The male person (he's no gentleman) badgers you so much that sometimes you argue with him longer about why the unlimited club went work for your family than it takes to actually wash your car. I hate going there now, but after being trapped in a unmanned automated carwash a year ago, I can't go to those either.
