Manager is extremely rude and I will NEVER give a dime of my money to this place again. All of my family will also be canceling there memberships as well!!! You can’t just raise your prices and screw over customers that have been supporting your business for the last 4 years without telling us!!
Apparently policy changed and they never tell anyone that they DO NOT clean your wheels anymore. So get your car washed and wiped down and leave with dirty wheels. Raised prices and didn’t tell anyone either. Looks like it’s just as expensive to go to Recon auto detailing instead of mister car wash. Also quality of service is slowly dropping.

I paid for the ultimate car wash to clean all areas of my vehicle. The tires were still dirty and covered with grime, widows looked like they were wiped with milk and the fenders and bumpers were still dirty.
Off and on with the quality of service. Today they were on.
They have stopped wiping down the outside windows and mirrors. their blowers do a crap job on the windows and side view mirrors. i have a premium package and now less service. call corprate at 1 866 254-3229. If we all complain, maybe someone will listen.
Love the roll dryer as it's easier on my new Jeep...
fast friendly staff. allowed me to look over my vehicle before I left. I've been to other carwashes and but mister is by far the best.
