Ever since you put your additional vacuums in there is no suction. My rating will improve if you can get your vacuums working correctly.
Guy at the front must have been having a bad day but please don't take it out on me! Won't be returning!
Took my brand new truck through and it took off a ton of paint on my passenger door! Right now there are a ton of rocks in the brushes! Now I have to get my door repainted on a one month old truck!
What is it with Pine St. and vacuums that don't work? All that construction to double the amount of vacuums at that location and still can't find one that works without playing roulette. Done with this location.

I love your locations downtown, but I have never met a more rude attendant in my life than at this one. I was yelled at because my car didn't line up on the track correctly. Won't be returning to this location, and contemplating canceling my monthly membership.
I am probably not going to return. I don't need to be yelled at to get 3 inches from the car in front of me. Your not that big of a deal. It's a car wash....ever heard of customer service? Also, please don't empty the trash next to my vehicle as I'm drying it. Your kicking dust up everywhere. I'm sure you don't care though
