Dont take your car to be washed here if you value it at all. Today my new car hood was scratched significantly in this car wash. Manager called and said (like several reviews on google) that they looked at the video and it wasn't their fault. Of course they would say that! When they took pictures and took down my number their iPad had long list of names down it for claims. I have been here for years with no incident...I would expected more accountability when they ruin others property.

I would have given it a half a star if I could have if even that maybe a quarter of a star your customer service skills suck you need to adjust the brushes your Terran people's cars up and then it seems to be a big joke to you some people value their cars and take pride in them or we wouldn't be going to car washes I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the fact that you guys destroy cars
