My husband bought me a gift card to this car wash. We took my car there today for first wash. I just bought my Nissan 2 weeks ago. When we came out of the car wash and got out to look at it the back had a huge scratch plus another scratch down too the metal. My husband talked to the manager on duty. He denied that the car wash did it. Refused to do anything about it.Gave us the managers card, who after calling will not answer or return this call. WINDSHIELD CRACKED! Definitely a warm day (89 degrees), but nothing too crazy where it would crack my windshield. Management was unapologetic, and said they dont do anything for this situation. My truck was flawless before taking it into the wash. Guess I learned a $300 lesson today. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! There policy is basically like "if anything happens at our car wash, sue us, because we wont take care of you." I don't know about you, but that's not a place that'll ever get my money.
broke my antenna after I ask if it would be safe to go thru and still trying to get it replaced
Bought my boyfriend an unlimited pass to this car wash, we were going through and his car was perfectly fine and when we came out there was a huge crack on his windshield. No preexisting cracks or chips in his windshield. The employees weren't helpful at all and said we couldn't do anything about it.
I took my new Subaru Impreza through your wash today. I've literally only had my car for 3 weeks and now have scratches all over it that we're not there before I took my car to your wash and it's didn't get completely clean either. I'm very disapointed with the outcome.
Very disappointing!!!! The line was so long I didn't go back through a second time . I took video of the van coming off the track or something in front of me, it was scary. Dirt spots all over my car. I will pull my sticker off the window and go to another place :(
I'm very disappointed with their ability to wash my vehicle today. Please note that I wash my Jeep every 2 weeks or so. I went through and noticed bugs on the grill, and dirt on all sides; therefore, I went to have it rewashed. The nice gentleman advised that Jeeps are hard to wash due to their lines. I went through the wash again, no change. Really, you can't wash a Jeep? They're so common, and in reality no 2 rigs are the same anymore.
Canceled my membership when they saw the Uber sign on the car, I'd went through the other locations many times and even pay extra to have them wash it for me on Fairview and Broadway all the time where they definately see Uber\Lyft all over the place and no issues. Will be recommending one of the other great carwashes in town that actually welcomes rideshare drivers like JJ's and Like Nu
