We had an excellent experience with the MIST team this week. Samantha was here at our office for 3 days and was able to train our providers on Dragon Medical One. We are going live with Athena in September and I am so glad we decided to implement the change over to Dragon (from Nuance 360 Transcription) now so that our providers have adapted their workflows to Dragon prior to the Athena go-live learning curve.
