Josh did a great job with our DMO training. His knowledge of Cerner and how physicians work made it easy for us to work with him in finding the best solutions for our providers. I feel so much more comfortable teaching it now. Thanks Josh.

For the past month, my co-worker and I have been working with Abby Ernst at the Detroit Medical Center. Abb was great. She knew alit about Dragon, andctsught us quick tios. Bonnie came to El Paso for several weeks and was excellent in getting us onboard with Dragon Cerner interface.
We went live with Dragon Medical One a few months back and were fortunate to be guided through the go-live by Samantha Lewis from MIST. Samantha was a terrific resource for our trainers and our staff. It made all the difference to have a pro on site who could handle anything that came up. Aside from her complete knowledge of the software, samantha also has great people skills which certainly helped alleviate the stress on some of our more resistant adopters.
