We went Go-Live with 8.3.11 a month ago and Mist order sets work great. The doctors love it. Saves them lots of time. Melissa was great and any issues we had she jumped on them and fixed them quickly. The communication was wonderful which is always a plus in this business. Positive company.
I had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Melissa Hall from MIST. Melissa came to Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY to assist with the Dragon on-site support and training. It was evident from the start that Melissa was (and is) knowledgeable, insightful and, above all caring with those she encountered. In addition to training providers, Melissa provided guidance on future Dragon upgrades as well as technical assistance on both Dragon DMNE and designing guidance on clinical documentation.
Melissa is the queen of finding creative solutions and workarounds within our NextGen environment. We have very unique workflows that constantly present technological challenges, but Melissa somehow always makes it work. Thanks for your continued help!
We've been working with MIST for nearly 2 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. Melissa has been phenomenal in terms of template development, working through our workflows and suggesting changes to make the process more efficient, and most importantly being available at the drop of hat when we ask for help. Melissa has made me look like a rockstar at the office and I cannot thank her enough for that! I'd also like to thank Ashton for always being on top of our projects and making our lives easier.

Our organization had an excellent experience with MIST. Our trainer, Abby, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and reliable. She helped us teach our pilot physicians to use DMO with favorable results. I would highly recommend this company. Very personable associates.
