Great service! I called, left message, got a quick call back, booked an appointment for the next day, got a call and text as requested 30 min before appointment time, prompt arrival, quickly got setup, furniture moved, carpet cleaned, tips for drying, etc. Done and NEXT! The man cleaning my carpet was fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Carpet looked great. This is customer service as it's supposed to be.

Really outstanding work and professionalism. Reza was able to remove urine from our carpet (no thanks to our 200 pound german shepherd). Not an easy task. Plus he came out last minute on a Sunday morning. The price was reasonable and he walked us through every step of the way so there were no surprises. Just hire him and be done with it. You'll thank yourself later.

Do not come here Priced significantly above other places. My two bedroom 1000 square foot apartment (not all carpeted) was $308 ($28 to use a credit card) with a "free room" coupon. I've gotten my carpets cleaned coupon free before with other companies for $100-$150. Then, to make matters worse they not only did not do a better job (as I was expecting when I got the quote) but worse job getting those stubborn stains out. It looks like it has after I have cleaned it myself in the past.

I called this company prior to checking the reviews. Man was hard to understand (seemed like some double talking going on) and when I asked for his website's guarantee of "money back if not satisfied 100%) he said NO, he wasn't goint put it in writing just for me that his website should be good enough. That was a very rude response so I went online to check the reviews he told me on Citysearch, Yahoo, etc... They are ALL THE SAME NAMES and all written day after day in the same month/year in many cases....sometimes on the sam... read more

I was so glad to get a real person on the phone when I called! They explained to me the dangers of " Bait and Switch" carpet cleaning and told me that they would give me a free estimate and thats what I would actually pay. They didn't give me one price then keep adding on "additional services" to make me pay more and more. They did a great job and the guy that came was super nice and knowledgeable! I even got a hand written thank you card the next week in the mail. I love using local businesses that care about you!

I was very impressed with how quickly this company answered my phone call and set up an appointment. Quality of work, results and service are truly excellent on all levels. And the price was worth it. I would rather have their high quality job than some of the so- called "bargain" companies. I will definitely use their services again. It's great to have the owner personally do the work.

My husband and i are very happy! After extensive shopping around, I called Mist Carpet to clean the carpet in a house where the previous tenants had a dog. Not only did they get the carpet as clean as possible, the whole house smells SO much better! . I'm impressed with their honesty and hard work--and the price was very worth it
