I took my leased Rogue in for service for the first time, and I hoped I had enough points to pay for at least part of it. I was elated when I was told there would be no charges. The waiting room was very comfortable, air conditioned and complimentary internet. Free tv also and coffee. Even the salesman took the time to come by and say hi and ask if everything was ok and the car was done sooner than I expected. I took my titan in because it wouldnt start. I was told I needed a new battery. I also asked for the oil to be changed and cabin air filter be replaced. Just picked my truck up and instantly noticed things that weren't an issue when I dropped it off. Justin the dickhead manager was just that. A dickhead. Asked for Ken's phone number to call him. I am hard to please, but the service at Missoula Nissan Hyundai always exceeds my expectations. We are currently leasing a vehicle with them and couldn't be happier with the free oil changes and tire rotations and world-class service.
A couple of weeks ago I bought a 2011 dodge ram 1500 from here and I just have to say I really appreciate the way I was treated and how they were willing to do whatever had to happen to help get me in the truck I wanted. i tried for about a month at pretty much every other dealer in town and almost all of them treated me like I wasn't even a person. After several frustrating hours of following up on used car leads I made an impromptu stop at Nissan and Hyundai of Missoula. I was immediately greeted by Troy Zastrow of the sales staff and quickly learned that the old used car salesman stereotypes do not apply to this dealership. Troy was helpful, courteous, conscientious, and thorough from the get-go and with the assistance of Ken Thurmond, General Manager, found a quality used vehicle that fit my budget. Highly recommended.
Jessie went above the call of duty. My husband is active duty military. We are in the process of moving and went to a shop to get the oil changed. That shop we went to lost something from our truck. Jessie was so helpful when it came to helping my family. I would go to him to buy a car any day if we lived here.
