I was really disappointed with my service at Missoula Nissan. I had an appointment schedule but the wait time was too long so I had to take my car elsewhere. The service dept seemed a little disorganized with no one steering the ship. Unfortunate.

Visiting from Canada and encountered engine troubles with my 2013 Genesis. The fine folks at Missoula Nissan & Hyundai were able to squeeze us in for an unscheduled appointment and get us back on the road within 3 hours. Candice kept us updated during the whole time and was very informative. I cant say enough about the awesome staff at this dealership.
Thanks to Adam and Taylor for all the hard work they did to find us a new Altima and a great used Maxima as our daughters first car. The attention to detail and excellent customer service will make us customers for life. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a new or used car.
