I called to get an appt waiting little over 2 weeks called again to see if they had any sooner and got told since my car is a warranty thing that he couldnt but if I was paying he could probably squeeze me in. not happy at all so disrespected.
Conflicting info ever time it is in for service , long wait times even with a appointment .

I took my truck in for routine maintenance and drove out of the dealership with more issues than I came in with. They seem very disorganized and unfortunately I can't recommend their service department to family or friends.
Worst customer service ive ever had anywhere. They treated me with absolutely zero respect. Serviced something that should of taken 10mins, ended up keeping my car over night. They also didnt do simple things asked, that they say was "part of the routine". To top if off they didn't know where my car was when i came for pick up and had to wander the parking lot til I found it.
Treated me like I was stupid. Didn’t fix all the problems that was wrong on the car. Leaving we couldn’t find the car went back to ask and was told “I don’t know where it is” how do you not know where a car was put?
