Great place to take Yoga and Tai Chi classes! Patty is my favorite and she teaches both Yoga (more gentle and restorative) and Tai Chi.
Clean , friendly and big. Come check it out. Great trainers.
I love the Y. Since I moved to the US in 2015 it has been a huge part of my life which has seen me do marathons, 1/2 marathons, start rowing and this year yoga. Love the diversity it offers and the nationwide scheme is awesome.
It is an amazing place with staff that is friendly and helpful. My daughter and I take classes there on Tuesday and Thursday but go everyday to use the equipment. I can't wait for the pool expansion. Keep up the good work!
