RecommendedThe staff is warm and welcoming. The water exercise instructor kept my interest and I felt the challenge on my first visit. The facility is immaculately kept. I will be a frequent visitor. The other participants were friendly too.

RecommendedI have only used the facilities for the splash pad but it has been a big hit with my kids. I love the interior and the sitting area. The family locker room is great and really helpful to have. I also really appreciate that the splash pad is fenced in. I’ll be coming back to try out a workout there someday soon.
RecommendedWhen I walk into your facility I feel great. It feels fresh, hopeful, peaceful. I'm not sure I am explaining it well. I really enjoyed the Float and Flick movie night yesterday. That time was soooo peaceful. Thank u for putting that event on. Please do it again.

RecommendedMission Valley Y has two pools, including a beautiful 25-yard outdoor pool that gets heavy use from master’s swim teams, water exercise classes, and lap swimmers. I mainly go to the Y for the pool, but the weight room and cardio room are well equipped and kept clean, with the machines in good repair.
RecommendedMyself and my two daughters come about 4x's a week. Childcare here is fantastic. They know my girls by name. The gym is nice and has everything you need. They also offer a variety of different classes. The pool to swim laps is also a bonus. Very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
