This place is absolutely beautiful. So many amenities!
Mission Valley Y was one of the first stops I made when moving to San Diego in 2010, and joining was one of the best decisions our family has ever made. I am grateful, personally for the variety of workout areas, equipment and exercise classes. I especially love the Spin and GRAVITY classes. When my kids were younger, they loved hanging and playing in the childcare area while I got a workout in. My grandchildren love the activities here! I enjoy watching them play chess and learning to swim among other things.
