The staff has always been very professional and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!
Reception over the phone is rude and unknowledgeable. Doctor wasted our time by asking us to reissue another referral only to refuse to see us after receiving another referral with the correct diagnosis. Additionally, the doctor was unable to give a reason for why they can’t see us other than “I won’t see the patient”. Unprofessional staff overall.
Condescending staff
I struggled to heal an extremely stubborn fungal infection in my foot for over a year with Kaiser. I saw two different primary care Dr's. plus another one when I had to go to urgent care while on vacation. I also saw a dermatologist, and an infectious disease Dr., and took several rounds of different antibiotics... I changed insurance and went to see Dr. Gabriel Van Gompel and a week later I was cured.
