Changes seem to happen after changed to MM Home care. Almost 6 years with company and lack of CNA's for weeks at a time. The hiring process and getting good people to fill positions was decreasing by the weeks. I went 3 weeks without a filled position for several times. message me with a replacement company I can refer you to.
I have worked for this company for three years. I have had SEVERAL issues with the lack of professional co-workers. I worked a case for the school system. When school was over the summer the company WAS COMPLETELY AWARE I wanted the client back. However, instead of them doing that they sent out a text for all staff to know they were looking for help with this client instead of calling me. This company really deserves a 0 star rating being a first time recipient of receiving ANY kind of services in 14 years I decided to allow this agency to assist in accommodating my daughter and her needs. I even had my own CNA who I know and trust to become employed with them as well. This company made her wait an entire week AFTER she was supposed to get paid..only to get paid TODAY and her check was missing 32hours of pay and the only thing Corporate and the local WS office could do was offer an apology for DAYS, AFTER ass... read more
