Medical Plaza Management and the parking company clearly have no clue. The building was evacuated this morning, Friday Sep 30th, 2022 with an apparent gas leak, and hundreds of people were trying to leave the parking structure. But management and the parking company in their infinite lack of wisdom would not simply open the gates to allow cars to exit. Instead, they continued to collect the parking fees one car at a time while cars were lined up on the streets and in the parking structure. So much for emergency preparedness.
