I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mission Hospital in Laguna Hills. After having a very frustrating experience elsewhere the day before, I came to Mission Hospital with a head injury and possible concussion. I had previously spent over eight hours at another facility where very little was done beyond drawing blood, and I left still feeling unwell. My husband and I came in around midnight because he was having chest pain on top of pain issues he was already having in the last week. We went to Providence because it was the closest to home and we were worried. At least when we first came in the staff took vitals, EKG, and labs pretty quick, however we didn’t get an ultrasound until 5 am and we didn't get results of that until almost 9 am after checking 2x with triage to find out when we would get results. This is one of the worst hospital regards to services . The nursing staff needs to be trained again. If there would be a zero rating I would give them a zero rating.
