Terrible customer service. If you call and Monique answers just hang up and try again later. Extremely rude and racist with an attitude towards any kind of accent. English speaker came on the phone and she immediately mentioned she was having problems understanding the patient and passing blame. Just wanted to hang up and not do her job. All she had to do was make an appointment, but it seemed like an insurmountable task for her.

Trash front desk customer service. Extremely racist only taking good care of specific kind of people . They neglected The immigrant or anyone with accent . I signed up for individual plan I called to get some blood work they told me wait until May . Last week they told me will make sure to see doctor next week became May 17. Unbelievable I just cancelled it.

Good luck trying to get an appointment with this group. Most of their doctor's are not taking new patients. They requested medical records, I sent them they received them, after one week I still have not heard back to maybe get an appointment. Good reviews on the doctors, what good is that if you can't get past the front desk!
