Very nice apartment community. Specially being on hill top, you get a nice view. Management is super friendly and very responsive on every query/complaints you have. Their maintenance team is on site for any kind of maintenance, you just have to open a ticket on the portal. We enjoyed being there because of the view until an unfortunate Karen neighbor situation arose. Neighbor started verbally harassing almost everybody in that closed gated door building, in and around lift area. Even tried to hit our kid with laundry cart a... read more
We had doubts upon moving in after seeing some bad reviews. But overall I think it’s a really nice place to stay. Mostly families living here, and being on top of the hill, it feels safe. Maintenance usually fixes our problem really within a few days which is good. The only thing is there is no AC here and the ventilation is really bad so it gets hot in the summer. Andre has been a huge help! Super responsive and professional.
After 4 years, I can Mission Heights was overall solid stay. Jose was responsive and solution driven with repairs. And Andre was a huge help and very professional through my stay.
