I do not have a Doctor. here. My doctor's next door but sometimes I get to my appointment early And my doctor's not in yet and his door is locked. And there times I have needed to go restroom. So I walk next door to Mission family they would allow me to uses their facilities. That was a blessing for sure! Also the staff behind the counter were so very nice and always welcoming. The doctors and nurses are relatively nice but every time I have need help from this doctor’s office it is always a hassle. The front desk ladies are rude both in person and on the phone. This last visit I had a question about my insurance and billing and the woman spoke to me like I was stupid and couldn’t seem to give me a clear answer as to what I was specifically charged for. I waited over a month for my appointment, only to be turned away because I was a few minutes late. I understand that medical offices need policies, but the lack of flexibility and compassion was extremely disappointing. I am also a mother of a two-year-old child, and sometimes unexpected situations happen at the last minute. Parents know that something as simple as a diaper change, a spill, or getting a child safely into the car can delay you by a few minutes. This was the BEST experience I have ever had with a medical office. From the front of the office to meeting with my Practitioner, I would give a 10 star review if I could. Kylie is amazing!
