Great service Mission College has great service, I have been living here for years and the maintenance staff is always on point and happy to help. The office manager is always friendly and is willing to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. The property stays maintained and cleaned. This is s great place to call home.

Unproffessional Applied got approved and had a move in date.gave the deposit to hold my apartment. The day before I move in I get a call telling me my apartment won’t be ready. I understood that it might be late give 2-3 days(which I was told, you know things happen). I then go to ask them “when will it would be ready? “and they told me they don’t know. Current Resident I currently live at Mission College and since I have been here they have extremely kind to me. The court that I live in is peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood is always clean. It is about three blocks away from Norfolk State University so it makes it a perfect place for college students to live. It’s is also about 5 minuets away from downtown Norfolk where there are plenty of places to eat and have a good time. I highly recommend them for your first apartment

Home Sweet Home I just moved into Mission College this week and I can honestly say I LOVE my apartment. The minute I walked through the door it just felt like a home, everything was fixed up well done fresh carpet, fresh walls, big nice windows, dishwasher, and a working AC! And I also love the different amenities that comes with the place pool, club house, gym, and laundry room everything is so nice and clean.
