It was my first time at Mission BBQ. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was a pleasant surprise. Then, Jayden and Josh made my whole experience top tier. Since it was my first time ever, I had questions. They were funny, polite, patient and respectful. I will definitely come back because of them. This was my first time to this mission bbq. I've been to other locations and have had a nice experience . When I arrived the server greeted me and I placed my order at the register and went and got my drink while I was waiting for my food to come up. I ordered a pulled pork platter with fries and a refill of my plastic cup that I purchased at a different location. Before I could fill up my drink my order was already ready. Today I visited the owings mills location to get lunch after work with my husband. Well after paying $55 for 2 meals we thought the food would be 10/10 just like our Local Ellicott City location where we live. Boy were we wrong! The food was 1/10 alongside the lady who served us our food. She had a nasty attitude. The place wasn't very welcoming at all. Ill never step foot in that facility ever again. I don't know what has changed,,, but most of my food was cold,, the brisket,, sausage and most disappointing my cornbread,that i expect to be warm a buttery, however, my collards were steaming hot,,, I was confused,,, but I did not complain,,,, but,,, they will never have me as a customer for quite some time!!!!!!
