This place took my husband's money upfront even if we have insurance. Everything that was in his deductible on the day of the surgery, saying they won't allow his surgery if not. Months later we're still waiting for them to submit the correct bill to our insurance, and they're not able to do it. I guess if they already took our money they don't care about submitting a bill on time. All staff were fantastic, from check in to actually procedure. What a great group. I am grateful for their care.
The office staff and nurses here are warm, friendly, and very capable. They took excellent care of me before and after my surgery and made the whole experience a lot less frightening
