About this business

Mission is set in the hip neighborhood of Dupont Circle. This Mexican diner is the brainchild of Rodrigo Albarran-Torres. Spread across more than 6500 square feet (603.87 square meters), it features three dining rooms, two bars, an event space and a huge outdoor patio. This bi-level restaurant with its exposed brick look is a nice spot to gorge on traditional Mexican fare. Savor their Nachos Rod, Enchiladas de Pollo, Huaraches (thick flatbread with sour cream, shredded cheese and choice meat), Taco Salad, Flautas de Pollo, T... read more

Went here for brunch. Mayo galore - mayo on the eggs, on the tacos - was surprised they didn’t drench the fruit in mayonnaise. 🤮🤮🤮

This is one of the few bars that lets you reserve space for private events at no additional cost. I really appreciated that! We had some issues with people sneaking into the private event space, but Kati, their Director of Events and Marketing, welcomed the feedback and ensured it would be addressed in the future. She was great to work with!

Mission is one of our favorite places to hold happy hour get togethers. They are easy to work with and provide a great space and specials at no cost! Their no fuss responsive style makes coordinating a breeze so that when it is event time everything works seemlessly. Highly recommended!

We booked the front bar area for an event and Kati the event coordinator was great. Super friendly and responsive. The best part is the reservation was free! The space is a little loud but they even turned down the music for us for a little bit. I highly recommend Mission for hosting group events. They’re so accommodating. Of course their happy hour specials, delicious food, beautiful space, and convenient location are all pluses too!

Have only been there for brunch. The food is mediocre but the bottomless guacomole, chips n salsa, margaritas, bloody marys, mimosas, and the tequila shot at the end make up for what the food lacks.
