Great Colorist and Hairstylist – I bought the spa package a few months ago. My first experience was having the eyebrow wax visit. This was very pleasant. She did a very nice job and my eyebrows looked great. I was a little displeased that the door was left open and I could hear the loudness of talking in the background. Sub-par service and insults served up together-- who's paying? – DON'T go here! It's really more worth it just to foot the bill at any other place than buy this sham of a coupon deal, or worse yet-- paying the full price here for their 'services.' Reniged on my massage – I bought this package deal for 5 services for $45. I had a massage scheduled in Dec07, but forgotten about it & called the same day. The receptionist was nice enough to reschedule on 3/14/08 & I had told her that I would be 6weeks post-delivery & asked if there was any concern-none, she replied. GREAT HAIRCUT AND COLOR!!!! – I had also purchased a Spa Package for this Salon, it was $45 to get a Haircut, a couple of highlights, Massage, Eyebrow wax and a Hand/Arm massage. Avoid the massage – I was tricked into purchasing a promotional gift certificate to this spa and salon. The promotion sounded great on paper; five awesome services for the low low price of $40. What could possibly be wrong with this deal? Well, nothing could be wrong unless the people working at the salon got their cosmetology and masseuse licenses from a crackerjack box. What the hell... – So I went to get a massage at this place and it WAS THE WORST EVER! I requested a one hour Swedish Massage and I got a half hour massage, that part was fine and a half hour of 'energy work'. Now I am familiar with reiki and energy work and whatnot and it is not what I wanted. I WANTED AN HOUR MASSAGE. Instead I got a half hour of this woman placing her hands on my head and sitting there.
