Fun, funky salon and spa!! – I came to the salon because I saw online that they carry Bumble & Bumble. I saw Kelly for a haircut and highlight and I've never loved my hair more!! She was fun and friendly and encouraged me to try something new. The woman at the front desk was professional and courteous as well. I will definitely try other services here in the future!!
Great experience! – What a wonderful, relaxing time I had at East Town Spa last week. Everyone was friendly and couldn't do enough to get me and keep me comfortable. I had a spa pedicure, hair cut and a massage and came away feeling fantastic--refreshed and rejuvinated. My hair cut was perfect. It was just what I wanted. THE BEST DEAL I EVER PURCHASED – A couple of years ago I purchased a spa package and I saw at least six different people at the salon. I had a massage, a facial, hair cut, manicure/pedicure and hair removal. The people at the salon were very helpful and highly professional. I go to the salon at least three times a month. Best Massage Ever – I have traveled to many places and had massages in almost all of them and the Girl they have working there is BY far the Best massage therapist I have ever had. You must go see for yourself!!!!!! she does facials too, I didn't have time to get a facial when I went there but rest assured I WILL be going back!
best hair cuts, quick – I have been going to East Town for almost 4 years and Ive never had a reason to complain... I work nearby and walk to my appointments. The receptionist has always told me where to take a seat and has offered me a drink...My stylist has been occasionally 5 or so minutes late but never have I been treated poorly. East Town Spa off the cuff – I agree with the posts below. I am a guy working at Northwestern Mutual downtown and I went in for a cut a while back because East Town Spa was so close.The girl who cut my hair didn't listen to a thing I said, she just did what she wanted! I said "off the ears" and "cleaned up." She instead gave me a heavily layered/bushwhacked haircut. She didn't even touch my sideburns and left the back really long (compared to the front). Had Better cut hair from a three-year-old – In response to the previous thread, I'm glad someone thinks Dana (probably Dana Who wrote it) is so amazing...I certainly didn't. I work downtown and decided to schedule an appointment at East Town Spa one day after work. Just Awful – If you're going to to go and pay the money, don't go to East Town Spa. It's true the customer service is just plain horrendous. I frequented East Town Spa because there was a girl I liked there, but she quit and I followed. Aside from her the girls are caddy and rude. An example: I went in several months back and politely asked the owner for a partial refund/in-store credit due to a wax job that left my legs bleeding.
