RUDE, UNRELIABLE, AND INCONSIDERATE. I booked a half day of services- extension removal, full highlights, and cut/style. All appointments were approved via the scheduling program as instructed online: 10:00am-10:30am extension removal and 10:30-1:00 color & cut. I took the majority of the day off work and showed up to my appointment at 10am to find no one there. Adorable intimate salon with experienced stylist who work well with color and cuts. Multiple services available in one shop such as makeup and nails. Always a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I love that there is never too many clients scheduled at once giving it a personal spa day feel. I've been going to Amber for 4 years now and even hired her for my wedding day.
