I have been a client of this salon for over two years. Unfortunately my regular (and wonderful) person doesn't work there any more. I showed up today for my noon appointment that was scheduled in December. (YES over two months ago) The stylist, Cecilie forgot the appointment and wasn't at Mirror & Mantel. I drive in from the burbs. It takes at least an hour..... and then there is the cost of parking. I asked if someone else could at least do a "clean up". The answer was NO. Friendly & professional salon. Love that they let you bring in your old shampoo bottles to refill at a discount as opposed to throwing them out. Hannah is down to earth and leaves me feeling confident and stress-free after my visits. As long as I live in Philly I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you M&M!
