I highly recommend Mirowski Inspections. The are highly knowledgeable, professional, and completed the inspection and report in a timely manner.
This company provided a very high level of service and followed up to ensure we were satisfied after moving into the house.
I suspected mold in our house. Tim Pryor did a very thorough inspection after determining the areas most likely to have it, and the areas we spend the most time in. He also inspected the outside and pointed out areas around the foundation that need to be kept free of debris, and areas where the grade needs improvement for water control.
