Excellent service. Very thorough inspection. Scott walked through his findings with me at the home, emailed a digital copy with pictures, and called the following day to see if I had any questions. I would recommend this company with out hesitation.
Inspector was very knowledgeable, thorough, insightful and professional. He answered all of our questions with knowledge and experience giving us a feeling of relief. He had the inspection report sent the same day and followed up the next morning to answer any questions we had. We ABSOLUTELY recommended Mirowski for your home inspection. Give this guy a raise!! Lol.
We scheduled the appointment on line which was very easy. The staff at Mirowski's reached out to us to confirm the requested and to make sure we understood the entire process. This was followed up by more communication through email and a reminder call the day before the scheduled inspection. They did an amazing job of arranging the date for the inspection by coordinating with us and our real estate agent to make sure the time and date worked for everyone concerned. Very thorough and very detailed! Extremely helpful service! Have used them a few times. Once on a horrible house I almost bought. Thank to their skills I found out everything I needed to before closing. Near missed getting stuck with a house that I would be draining money into for the rest of my life and never be able to afford the improvements I wanted to make. Our home inspection was both thorough and educational. Mirowski Inspections took the time to educate us about what could improve our home as well as making sure all bases were covered on the inspection. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
