I had to go in for a deep cleaning, which I haven't had for years. I was worried about for months and delayed it for fear of the pain. the hygenist (I think her name was Natasha) that did the deep cleaning absolutely the best! she was very patient and thorough and it wasn't that painful. she listened carefully to what I pointed out may be problem areas and addressed it. She was also very friendly = )

I always look forward to my appointments because it's like going to a spa (really). The office is clean, modern, and warm, and you can't beat the location (across from LACMA). The staff are always friendly and incredibly helpful in catering to my every need. They recently provided me a payment plan option because I couldn't afford to make a lump sum payment and did so without any hassles. I have been a client of Dr. Bae Miracle Smile Dentistry for years and the service, comfort, counseling, treatments and conversations are always on point. I will not go anywhere else for my dental care!

Dr. Bae is excellent at her craft. She is very thorough, informative and a nice person. All staff is efficient with strong customer service skills. Just a note, when certain services are expected to occur but for whatever reason doesn't, communication between the back and front office is key in preventing billing errors.

I was very happy with my experience with Miracle Smile. I am in a situation where I currently don't have insurance and I have a tooth that needs a root canal badly and it is threatening to be lost. It began to hurt a bit and called on the off chance that something could be suggested. I spoke to wonderful Claudia and she informed me that there is a procedure or service that is kinda like a "mini" root canal where they go in and clean out the tooth and just kinda keeps it in a "holding pattern" until something else can be done... read more

I am very apprehensive about trying new dental offices, but this office was recommended from a former colleague. I couldn't be happier; I've recommended it to current coworkers. Everyone is very nice, professional, and gentle! I've never been uncomfortable in the chair, I've never had to wait long, and I'm always out of there quickly! I'd highly recommend Miracle Smile.
