I have to been going to Miracle Smile Dentistry for maybe 3-4 years. The staff overall is very friendly and professional. I am on my 5th hygienist. No complains with any of the previous ones. There seems to be a fairly quick turnover amongst them. I have been examined by a few of the dentist and have been fortunate not to have had any major treatment so I am not able to review that area. I always receive excellent service and care at Miracle Smile. The staff is always so friendly and pleasant. My hygienist, Sandy, is awesome. Even when I know I could do better to care for my teeth, she never makes me feel bad and only reflects on the positives. I'm 40, and I appreciate that she has the demeanor of a school teacher (in a good way). It makes my teeth cleaning and visits palatable! I always leave the office with a smile on my face.
Dr. Bay, forgive any misspelling, and her assistant did an amazing job. What I thought would be long and uncomfortable was very easy and tolerable. Very professional. Thank you.!

Had my teeth whitened and the bit that kept my mouth open triggered the gag reflex, so they had my mouth open by hand for a hour, which was far more comfortable. The entire staff is caring, professional and leaves a (beautiful) smile on my face every time.
Wonderful customer service as always. Everything was explained to me clearly, and the staff were helpful, kind and caring.
I usually hate going to the dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised this time. Dr. Shir was patient, professional, and explained everything to me without making me feel stupid. She was gentle - even the shot was as painless as possible! Booking and scheduling was also a breeze, and I will definitely be coming back here again!
