My mobility challenged wife and I visited Dr Bae's office yesterday, myself for a cleaning and my wife in preparation for an involved procedure. As usual, for a countless number of years, the service was excellent. Everything is explained before it happens, caution is used during procedures, explanations are provided for future care of your teeth and options are provided, procedural and financial, if future procedures are needed. Monika was terrific and, as a bonus, a vision a sweetness with just the right amount of sexy! She was thorough and efficient. Her attention to detail was unparalleled as well as her desire to be certain her work was flawless. I was handled extremely well and appreciate the attention I was given immensely. The rest of the staff was also excellent (as always).

Probably the best experience we have ever had. Severe tooth pain - unable to make it through the night. We called the office just hoping they would respond to us in order to put my wife's mind at ease. Dr. Bae called right away, which would have been sufficient. Incredibly, she then volunteered to meet us in the office that evening - late into the night - and she fixed the problem. Incredible response, service and work. We are forever grateful.
Everyone was super nice, quick and gentle.
