After reading all these reviews I was very skeptical about using my gift cards for this place. But I could not let them go to waste so I came here on a Wednesday morning at 9am to get a manicure and pedicure. I was greeted, told them what I wanted and I sat down with Jason whom was very nice, no rush, relaxed, listen to music and watch Rush Hour 3. The worst pedicure I have ever had! My experience was so rushed and not relaxing at all. I will not be back!
I am not pleased with how my nails were done during this visit. This is the second time in I believe 4 visits that there has been a problem with black lines and/or shadows in the polish. They want to blame my "nails" - I am thinking it is the brand of polish or they are not applying on a dry surface......the offer was for me to come back tomorrow morning - I work!!! I am VERY disappointed that no offer or resolution was stated - I have been a VERY loyal customer - going every 2-3 weeks.
Not the experience I was looking for and I recommend the Baldwinsville rather than Liverpool miracle nails
The ladies there are so sweet and awesome the $$$ are great as well
I have gone here for years. The worst pedicure ever! Not even an hour ago & my polish chipped!
