I came in for a fill yesterday, but had to come back today for nail polish that was smudging an hour after I left yesterday. Also, my one nail is fatter than the other and I mentioned it multiple times. He said he couldn’t fix it because the nail would be weaker. There would be no such thing as, skinny coffin nails then. Came back for something that “couldn’t even be fixed” & was laughing because I didn’t understand. He told me to do gel next time, when I’ve never had an issue with regular nail polish before.
Long time customer - very disappointed the past four visits. Rushed, rough treatment; language barrier (I hope) led to my nails being cut short x2 despite saying "no cutting". Kept returning hoping it was a fluke. Time to find a new place.
I have been receiving wonderful service here for years, spending money there that I thought worth every penny. Today, however, I had a very poor experience. My toenails were cut extremely short, the technician was not careful resulting in filing my skin painfully multiple times, and the nail polish was messy. I attempted to address my concerns throughout unsuccessfully. Great place to go. the prices are good and it was worth the $45 dollars I spent for a complete pedi with a paraffin treatment and 10 minute back massage after ... excellent staff and service
