This was my first experience in purchasing a car. I found the vehicle I was looking for through AutoTrader, called and made an appointment. Dan was able to meet with me right away the following day. I let him know that I had never worked with a dealership before and he patiently walked me through the steps. I didn't have a check or proof of residence on hand, but they were willing to hold onto the car for the night until I could come back the next day.
