Very professional and courteous
While refinishing my fiberglass shower floor, They broke a screw on my drain cover for my shower and then refused to fix it saying plumbing issues were not there responsibility. So why did they try to remove the drain cover ? When I called to complain they sent someone out who did not fix the problem but tried to force a round head sheet metal screen into the hole making the problem worse and with the screw head sticking up it was unsafe and could cut or scratch the bottom of our feet. The company is very professional, scheduled it right away, and the technician was very informative and meticulous. Kitchen counters look beautiful and the tub looks like new.
Looked like a brand new bathtub/shower. Tiles and tub looked terrific.
This is SO much easier & cheaper than replacing a stained but otherwise sound bathtub and tile wall!

Tub turned out great, however if I was to do it again, I’d replace instead of refinishing.
The tubs looks great! They scheduled the job in a timely manner and completed the jobs quickly.
