I had to call them back to sand the inside of my sink and tub. Doing so sanded too much on bottom of tub. Was told they would send someone out to fix it following Friday. They did not show and did not call to tell me they couldnt come. I call them. Was told employee hurt his back and they sent him back home that morning. Dont know why they didnt let me know this. They gave me another date. At this point Im over it and btw they have already been paid..

Once I was able to talk to them, they quickly came out, repaired an old repair that was not completed correctly, & resurfaced the tub/shower unit. It looks brand new. I would highly recommend them for this service & cost.
They work well with customers special request.
All that I could think to say to myself was Wow. Miracle Method took my old bath sink from the 1954 era and made it look brand new. I needed a color change. I would highly recommend them for surface refinishing. Everything was done in a timely manner, nice people too.
